About McDade's Construction & Maintenance Services

McDade's Construction & Maintenance Services — known simply as MCMS — is a Belfast-based property maintenance and construction business serving homeowners, landlords, and commercial clients across Northern Ireland. Founded and run by Connor McDade, MCMS was built on a simple belief: every customer deserves honest pricing, quality materials, and a tradesman who actually turns up when they say they will.

Connor has years of hands-on experience across a wide range of trades including roofing, leadwork, fencing and decking, flooring, painting and decorating, and general property maintenance. Rather than running a large crew of subcontractors, Connor keeps the business intentionally personal — when you book MCMS, you are dealing directly with the person who will carry out the work. That means clear communication from the very first call to the final tidy-up.

MCMS is fully insured and has built a five-star reputation on Facebook through consistently delivering on its promises. Whether it is an urgent roof repair after storm damage or a planned garden transformation, every job is treated with the same level of care and attention to detail. No shortcuts, no mess left behind, and no inflated quotes.

If you are based in Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Antrim, or the wider Greater Belfast area and you need a reliable, skilled tradesman you can trust, get in touch today for a free, no-obligation quote.
